I am a keen learner and observer and when I got to know that these soft skills of mine can translate into better research and evaluation of the users and their needs when it comes to product and their experience of using it.
I took up the Google User Experience Course and in module 4 I learned all about User Research and Testing of Product Designs, KPI’s.
Conducting User Interviews, Primary and Secondary Research, Usability testing and their Methodology is what makes a product better than the rest.
I explored more and more about it across Youtube, UX Collective, Nielsen Norman Group, Career Foundry and gathered my resources to make me a better informed UX Researcher.
I have the skills and know-how of a User Researcher and I am keen to apply them in the real world to solve real user problems.
